| Sumario: | [EN] This article analyzes the chronicle or narrative journalism within the current digital and transmedia landscape. It assesses the narrative and immersion possibilities of this macro-genre in relation to the challenges that new ways, specializations and technologies propose to contemporary journalism. By means of a case study composed of outstanding chronicles of the Ibero-American territory published in digital media in the last decade of the 21st century, the transmedia virtuality intrinsic to the chronicle is analyzed and evidenced, and collaborative and gamer options to be explored are pointed out. |
