| Sumario: | Tito Bustillo is among the five most important decorated Palaeolithic caves in the world. It is also one of the largest and holds a great variety of engraved and painted figures along its itinerary. Many of these figures are of great quality. Others are unique, like a pair of human images on a gallery named after them (Galería de los Antropomorfos). It has an extensive series of C14 dates, which have been contrasted with Uranio/Torio dates (a system that is consolidating the oldest dates for Palaeolithic art in Europe). This text is a summary of the research results recently presented on an exhibition in the site’s Interpretation Centre. |
