| Sumario: | The images of the construction of the Maison de Verre by Pierre Chareau that have been preserved show an effort of invention and voidingin order to build the modern house even if, as is the case, it is inserted in the very heart of Paris. The role that the domestic programme has played as a place of special interest for modern architecture in general and for the teaching of architecture in particular is presented as impressions and sketches together with a teaching experience in the School of Architecture of Seville (Spain), that of the Architecture Workshop, and of the “study cases” that have been useful in the interventions and actions of the students in the second year of the university degree. |
