| Sumario: | The physical elements that define registered property are presented and analyzed from two perspectives: technical and legal aspects. From a technical viewpoint, the physical elements present in the physical description of pieces of property in the Property Registry (geographic location, boundaries, surface area, etc.) are shown, highlighting the surface area figure in rural registered property. From a legal viewpoint, the study focuses primarily on the surface area figure and its effect as an identifying feature of the registry, as well as its legal effectiveness, concentrating on increase or reduction of surface area (differences in land measurements) entries in the legal system. |
