| Sumario: | Wannier-bands-a1.08-wr0.7.dat is a list of all the tight-binding parameters for an 8 orbital wannier model for twisted bilayer graphene (TBG). We have started from the bands corresponding to the continuum model for TBG with rotation angle 1.08º, with vF =0.87×10^6 m/s, interlayer tunneling ratio between the AA and AB regions w0/w1 = 0.7, and AB tunneling amplitude w1= 110 meV. The Wannierization has been done with the code in https://github.com/stcarr/kp_tblg. read-data-and-write-hamiltonian.f90 shows how to read the data and build the hamiltonian. |
