El estudio fue correlacional de corte transversal donde se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico y participaron una muestra clínica de 30 mujeres con TCA. Para la evaluación se emplearon los cuestionarios THQ, DTS, TAS-20, SBC y WATOCI, y un cuestionario sociodemográfico y clínico. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron diversas relaciones significativas entre las variables de estudio, emergiendo el número de traumas como predictor de años con TCA. Así mismo, los resultados en los análisis de correlaciones mostraron relaciones entre la disociación corporal, número de traumas, síntomas postraumáticas y TCA. Los hallazgos nos permiten comprender las razones por las que las personas que sufren un trauma presentan más años con diagnóstico de TCA y presentan mayores dificultades en el tratamiento, y sugieren la relevancia de futuras líneas de investigación con más muestra de población y con un grupo control.Due to the emergence appearance in the literature of lines of research that report a relationship between traumatic experiences, body dissociative and ED, this research is proposed. The study was a cross-sectional correlational study where was carried out non-probabilistic sampling and it participated a clinical sample of 30 women with ED. For the evaluation, were used THQ, DTS, TAS-20, SBC and WATOCI, and a sociodemographic and clinical questionnaire. The results obtained have indicated various significant relationships between the study variables, emerging the number of traumas as a predictor of years of ED. As well as the results in the correlation analyses shows relationships between body dissociative, number of traumas, post-traumatic symptoms, and ED.
