Magnetic studies of Fe-Y compositionally modulated thin films

Compositionally modulated thin films of Y/Fe have been studied by using SQUID magnetometry. Samples were grown by electron‐beam evaporation onto Kapton substrates. In the low applied field regime, the samples show irreversible behavior when they are submitted to ZFC‐FC magnetization processes, incre...

The temperature dependence of the saturation magnetization has been studied, and it was found that both spin‐wave excitations and Stoner excitations occur at temperatures higher than 40 K, and a marked deviation from the T3/2 law was noted below 30 K.American Institute of Physics1990info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://hdl.handle.net/2445/22095Articles publicats en revistes (Física de la Matèria Condensada)reponame:Dipòsit Digital de la UBinstname:Universidad de BarcelonaInglésReproducció del document publicat a: https://doi.org/10.1063/1.345916Journal of Applied Physics, 1990, vol. 67, núm. 9, p. 5652-5654http://doi.org/10.1063/1.345916Reproducció digital del document proporcionada per AIP i http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.345916(c) American Institute of Physics, 1990info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:diposit.ub.edu:2445/220952026-05-27T06:46:51Z
