For this purpose, a pretest-posttest design was chosen, with an intervention consisting of one weekly Snoezelen session for five weeks. To assess the effects of the intervention, a record of the physiological and behavioral profile of the person was used. The results include both the immediate effects of SMS and those after two hours. In conclusion, the Snoezelen intervention produced immediate and short-term benefits in terms of connection with the environment and behavioral adjustment in an elderly patient with advanced dementia.Faculty of Public Policies, Silesian University in Opava2022info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionhttps://doi.org/10.25142/spp.2021.004http://hdl.handle.net/10459.1/84251reponame:Repositori Obert UdL instname:Universitat de Lleida (UdL)InglésReproducció del document publicat a https://doi.org/10.25142/spp.2021.004Social Pathology and Prevention, 2022,vol. 7, núm. 1, p. 61-75cc-by (c) Faculty of Public Policies in Opava, Silesian University in Opava, 2022info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/oai:repositori.udl.cat:10459.1/842512026-06-24T12:42:17Z
