| Sumario: | The conditions of knowledge production have changed substantially in recent times. These changes have significantly affected ethnographic research, traditionally marked by its individual character and flexible in its approach and implementation. In this article we intend to document some of these changes and impacts on the ethnographic method in the course of a long-term research on love migrations and mixed couples through different competitive and funded research projects. We especially focus our attention on the use of information sources and methodological arrangements to make possible to continue doing ethnography in current circumstances |
