Sumario:This database includes the response of 120 employees of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos to a three-wave survey started at the height of full confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Spain (wave 1) between April 20th to May 5th of 2020, followed by a second wave four weeks later (wave 2, corresponding to Phase 1 of de-escalation) between June 2nd and June 17th, and a by a third wave (wave 3, corresponding to “new normality”) occurred three weeks after wave 2, between July 7th and July 22nd. Survey asked for the stressors, uplifts, coping strategies, and mental health (somatization, depression, anxiety, mental well-being and post-traumatic symptomatology) of the sample during this period of time.
