Sumario:This article presents dialogic literary circles as a strategy for teachers' continuous professional development and describes how it is applied. The readings selected are taken from the original source and must be relevant according to critical and communicative pedagogy. A discussion group was formed to gather opinions on the advantages this technique may offer; the collective construction of knowledge or the need for feedback between theory and practice were the main ideas that came up.
