Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging confirmed the presence of a heterogeneous lesion of the periclavicular soft tissue, with peripheral calcifications, and remodeling of the adjacent clavicular bone. Following ultrasound-guided biopsy and surgical resection of the mass, the final histological diagnosis was made. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of a CAF described in the soft tissue adjacent to the clavicle.
