The Hercynian granitic rocks of the North-Eastern Iberian Peninsula.

Most of Pyrenean and Calalonian Coastal Ranges granitoids show typical calc-alkaline trends and Peacock indexes of such series remain at high values. Sumario:Most of Pyrenean and Calalonian Coastal Ranges granitoids show typical calc-alkaline trends and Peacock indexes of such series remain at high values. This fact marks an evident difference between these granitoids and those from other hercynian massifs (e.g. Iberian Massif). Such values are typical features of plutonic rocks formed in compressive plate magins.
