| Resumo: | [EN] In this study about the Plaza Mayor of Salamanca, a series of exquisitely documented texts are translated into the architectural language that reveal technical problems that they were not meant to unravel. Problems that affect the promotion and ordering of the city center; to the project of the facades of this new square, full of arcades and balconies, and visible face of the public space; and the construction of the galleries that support them, half of them interfered with their privacy hiding the existing buildings. |
