Descripción
Sumario:The current article analyses the EU–Morocco relationship in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) during its first five years. The aim is to prove that Morocco has settled a privileged relationship with the EU due to its collaboration in the migration and security field. The paper analyses the unilateral European conception of the migration and security policy and its implementation within the bilateral framework of the ENP in the Euro-Moroccan relations. At the same time, the Moroccan strategies to consolidate the privileged relationship by cooperating in some fields and not in others are examined.
