This research uses observational methodology to analyze the effectiveness of the technical-tactical behavior of under-16 football goalkeepers, specifically the teams in a tournament played by 1st division reserve teams. An ad hoc observation instrument has been designed which has been entered into Lince software, registering the sequences in which the goalkeeper intervenes in the game. After studying the technical actions carried out and their results by means of analysis looking for associative relationships between categorical variables, the next stage was to identify hidden time patterns using Theme software which has enabled us to describe effective and ineffective defensive and offensive technical-tactical actions. The conclusions lead to practical recommendations for the design of specific training tasks for defensive technical actions (blocking in positioning and claiming the ball, and the aerial game and diving) and offensive technical actions (start or continuation of the offensive phase through kicking a stationary ball, kicking the ball when it is moving and control plus passing). [ca] En comparació de l'interès que desperta l'anàlisi del joc de futbol, fins a dates molt recents ha estat poc habitual la presència de treballs científics centrats en l'acompliment específic del porter i, en menor mesura, del porter de futbol base. Aquest treball utilitza metodologia observacional per analitzar l'eficàcia del comportament tècnic-tàctic del porter de futbol de categoria cadet (14-16 anys), concretament d'equips participants en un torneig disputat per equips filials de 1a divisió. S'ha dissenyat un instrument d'observació ad hoc, que s'ha introduït al programari Lince, registrant-se les seqüències en les quals intervé el porter. Després de realitzar-se una primera aproximació a l'estudi de les accions tècniques efectuades i de la conseqüència obtinguda -mitjançant una anàlisi de cerca de relació associativa entre variables categòriques-, s'ha procedit a la detecció de patrons temporals ocults -a través del programari Theme- que han permès tipificar accions tècnic-tàctiques defensives i ofensives, eficaces i ineficaces.
