Descripción
Sumario:[EN] Codoñer house is a Family House project, the result of a close dialogue and work with the client, a family of four members. The idea is simple, to enclose a courtyard with a stonewall on which it rests, two abstract pieces of rigorous geometry built in concrete. This courtyard is the main element of the house, one more inhabited space, a roofless room in charge of making the formal and functional arrangement of the rest of the spaces. And it is by virtue of natural light, formal expression of time, how these spaces come to life and acquire meaning. It is the spring that qualifies and makes them habitable.
