Sumario:[EN] Understanding user behavior in the self-checkout interaction experience is important to discover their needs. This article aims to identify which groups of questions serve to understand this type of interaction, for example questionnaire planning, variable selection and types of questions The survey consists of four groups: " User Habits"; " Interaction Evaluation"; "User Satisfaction" (Preference, Attitudes and Motivation) and "Future Trends". The questionnaire also has the fifth group of "Observations" and the sixth of "Sociodemographic Characteristics". The defined variables aim to measure the quality and satisfaction of the system. The questionnaire created contributes to generate knowledge in an area not explored by Product Design, consumer behavior and opinion in the interaction with a complex public system.
