Descripción
Sumario:This project has been carried out in collaboration with the Glasgow Agreement, which is a civilian initiative that strives to achieve a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions consistent with the principles of climate justice and its most ambitious climate objectives. It includes a study to define the historical responsibilities of climate change, analyze the measures taken to deal with it and present the existing debates at the international level regarding climate justice. Attending the Glasgow Agreement petition, I have created an inventory of Spanish emissions at facility and/or company level. The inventory has allowed me to analyze which are the most polluting installations and sectors, as well as their territorial distribution. Finally, a brief analysis and personal assessment of Spain's situation is made, both in terms of its emissions and its international role, in accordance with climate justice.
