Descripción
Sumario:[EN] This paper presents the fruiting bodies of fungi found in the early Neolithic site of La Draga (Banyoles, NE Spain), and discusses their intentional transportation to the parking lot for the purpose of potential use as tinder. The remains of 86 fungi represent 6 different polypore taxa. To support the use hypothesis, the environmental characteristics, the distribution over the parking area, evidence of manipulation and dimensions are presented.
