| Sumario: | Sport equipment have been since a long time ago remote spaces of big attraction inside cities. Stadiums and arenas have converted in part of the skyline of today’s cities and the amount of events taking place is these structures is growing year by year. Since the beginning of civilizations, back in the Roman and Greek empires, these infrastructures have generated a huge impact in the cities and its societies. Over time, sport organizations and public entities are seeing in stadiums and economic and social engine for the cities. In this project deep research will be done regarding the economic impact of stadiums in the different institutions. The scope of the project consists in analyzing the stadium activity during the year and propose alternatives to improve the economic revenues. Finally, in the last section of the project the knowledge learned will be applied in the design of different execution plans for specific arenas and stadiums. In pursuance of reaching an execution plan for the arenas and stadiums different phases will be exposed in this project. This will let the reader have a general overview of the complexity of the economic impact of the sport equipment in the organizations. Firstly, it will be defined what is a sport infrastructure and the different types that exist. This will set the basis of the analysis as each potential activity to improve the revenues of the area will depend on the characteristics and environment. In. this section it will also be explained the different ownership of arenas, as the arenas property has a key role in the economic objectives stablished. Once it is stablished the basis of analysis the next phase will be developed. In this second section, a deep analysis will be performed regarding the economic exploitation of sports infrastructures. Moreover, it will be explained and covered the different types of events that can increase the revenues of the stadium. Firstly, regarding the sportive events that normally take place in the stadiums and secondly regarding non-sportive events, these ones not as usual in majority of stadiums. After the analysis of the different alternatives to improve the revenues of the arenas and stadium, several execution plans will be developed for specific scenarios. This will result in a prove of all the information obtained and will allow the discussion of the initial hypothesis.
