Sumario:This study was carried out to assess the effects that a methodology based on the transfer of responsibility in assessment had towards the perception of equality and discrimination among the sixth grade pupils during physical education classes in primary school. The sample was composed of a total of 96 students between 11 and 12 years of age who did not have experience in the use of a participative methodology. The questionnaires utilized were the perception of equality and discrimination (CPIDEF) and the scale of student’s responsibility in assessment (ERAEEF). The results demonstrated an increase in the perception of equality and a decrease in discrimination in the experimental group students
