Sumario:The commerce in Spain at the final moments of the Old Regime has like essential characteristic the non-existence of a mercantile organization who could sustain the sectorial growth. This is, the non-existence of a national market, although indications in their formation can be appraised. The creation of no permanent centers of commerce would try to foment the inner circulation of merchandise. The fairs and markets of the South-eastern Andalusian show an answer immediate to the population increase and of production of end of the XVIII, as well as the insufficiency of the forms of stable commerce.
