Sumario:This dataset includes images and figures' values included in the paper “Nanoplastic exposure affects the intestinal microbiota of adult <i>Drosophila</i> flies”. <br><br> Specifically, it contains:<br> <ul> <li>TEM images characterizing the PS and ZnO nanoparticles used in this study (PH_PS-P-50a, PH_PS-P-500a).</li> <li>SEM images characterizing the PLA nanoparticles used in this study (PH_PLA).</li> <li>TEM images illustrating the presence of microorganisms in the intestinal lumen of <i>Drosophila melanogaster</i> and the interaction of said microorganisms with PS in their barrier as well as inside the cell.</li> <li>SEM images illustrating the presence of microorganisms in the intestinal samples of <i>Drosophila melanogaster</i>.</li> <li>Data for all the related figures from the research article.</li> </ul>
