This consensus was developed by a panel of experts comprising specialists with established expertise in chronic respiratory failure and high-flow nasal cannula therapy. The panel of experts stablished recommendations in COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases, palliative care, rehabilitation, and chronic treatment settings.
