Descripción
Sumario:Changes in channel morphology between 1775 and 7 988, at the confluence of Jarama and Tajo rivers near Aranjuez, have been studied. In contrast to the relative stability of the Tajo river upstream of the confluence with the Jarama river, there is a great inestability at the two other reaches until 7 945. Since then, a relative channel stabilitatlon, mainly due to a reduction of flood frequency and peak dlschargues after dam regulation, has been observed
