A key, check list and synonymy to the species formerly included in the genera Caloptenopsis I. Bolivar, 1889, and Acorypha Krauss, 1877 (Orth. Calliptaminae)
The aboye named genera, together with ten others, are grouped together into the sub-family Calliptaminae. It is clear that the aboye two genera are inseparable on their original definition and a new appraisal of the contained species has been carried out to afford redefinition of generic boundaries.
