| Sumario: | [EN] The expiatory temple of the Holy Family started its life in the 19th century at the hands of the architect Francisco de P. Villar, was taken over by Antoni Gaudí and has been continued by the disciples of the latter throughout the 20th century. The architect currently in charge of its construction, Jordi Bonet i Armengol, reveals unknown aspects of the complex geometry and modulation that generate from the whole of the church at the same time as they give rise to an exercise in hermeneutics regarding the composition, shapes and proportions of the temple created by the brilliant Catalan architect, which, among other reasons cited by the author, justifies the continuation of the works. |
