| Sumario: | Studies show that a significant number of employees are facing high stress levels and experiencing low well-being. DMT is advocated as a new and holistic approach to well-being and coping with stress in the corporate world. The pilot study, which was conducted to understand how DMT can be integrated into the workplace, has revealed insights suggesting that DMT might be an effective tool for body awareness, sustaining empathy, group cohesion, and finding alternative ways to cope with their concerns. Based on these findings and the literature review, a 12-week DMT program for companies toward employee well-being is proposed. |
