Sumario:The supplemental material is organized as follows. In Section S1, we provide the details of the derivations of the parameter Γ, describing the magnetoelectric effect, for magnetic impurities in Rashba superconductors and superconducting Dirac systems. We consider two cases: in one case, the size of the magnetic impurity is comparable with the coherence length and hence the induced exchange field can be treated as homogeneous; in the other case, the magnetic impurity is point-like and the induced exchange field has a form of a delta-function. In Section S2, we provide the details of the derivation of the superconductivity-induced magnetic interaction. In Section S3, we show that in the limiting case where the current-induced magnetic field can be neglected, we reproduce the previous result of Ref. [15] (in the main text) in the absence of a magnetic field. Finally, in Section S4, we present a microscppic analysis of the surface of iron-based superconductor with a Dirac band.
