| Resumo: | This five-year retrospective study evaluated the clinical performance of adhesive restorations in patients with severe tooth wear. Eight patients with generalized wear grades 2 to 4 according to the TWES 2.01 system were included. A total of 212 restorations were performed, including 66 occlusal veneers, 26 palatal veneers, and 120 buccal veneers. During follow-up, no signs of marginal microleakage or postoperative sensitivity were observed. The estimated restoration survival rate was 90.1% over a 60-month period. |
