The estimated restoration survival rate was 90.1% over a 60-month period.Este estudio retrospectivo de cinco años evaluó el rendimiento clínico de restauraciones adhesivas en pacientes con desgaste dental severo. Se incluyeron ocho pacientes con desgaste generalizado de grado 2 a 4 según el sistema TWES 2.01. Se realizaron un total de 212 restauraciones, incluyendo 66 carillas oclusales, 26 palatinas y 120 vestibulares. Durante el seguimiento, no se observaron signos de microfiltración marginal ni sensibilidad postoperatoria.
