Sumario:This study reflects on the representation of the feminist movement in Spanish cinema, focusing on the analysis of the posters of their films. These posters are considered the main means of communication between a film and the general public, thus exerting a significant influence on the perception of the topic addressed. The thirty films nominated for the Goya Awards between 2018 and 2023 in the “Best Film” category are analysed, evaluating the female representation on the posters through the Bechdel Test. Of the 30 films, 19 pass the Test and their posters are analysed using a series of variables at the graphic design level: line, direction, shape, outline, composition, colour, typography, framing and angle. It is observed that 63.3 % of the films achieve a significant female representation and that they are represented trying to transmit their essence, history and personality through different graphic resources, such as the use of the foreground, which predominates in 44.44 %, being the centre of interest in 84.21 % and appearing mostly at a natural angle in 66.66 % of the posters analysed.
