This paper analyses the content of the official websites of Spanish spas, as well as their level of maturity in the development of e-commerce. For this purpose, a model for the analysis of websites based on the content analysis technique is proposed, as well as on the extended model of internet commerce adoption (eMICA) methodology. The model was applied to 106 spas with online presence. The results indicate that although spas seem to be prepared to carry out online transactions, a significant share have basic Internet presence, with a mainly informative function.Springer2023info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionhttps://doi.org/10.1007/s11135-023-01744-2https://hdl.handle.net/10459.1/464203reponame:Repositori Obert UdL instname:Universitat de Lleida (UdL)InglésReproducció del document publicat a https://doi.org/10.1007/s11135-023-01744-2Quality & Quantity, 2023cc-by (c) Eduard Cristobal‑Fransi et al., 2023Attribution 4.0 Internationalinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/oai:repositori.udl.cat:10459.1/4642032026-06-24T12:42:17Z
