Sumario:Aggressive commercial practices as an act of unfair competition are expressly regulated in our legal system in Law 3/1991 of 10 January 1991 on Unfair Competition, following the transposition of Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market by Law 29/2009 of 30 December 2009. The aim of this work is a detailed analysis of such unfair practices, starting from their background and the study of the Italian legal system as a means of comparison. As well as the relationship between aggressive practices and contract law, e-commerce and criminal law. Finally, the study of the private and public application of aggressive commercial practices.
