Sumario:The video shows the phenotyping platform during hyperspectral data acquisition, scanning healthy and infected plants with the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa. The platform consists of a mobile support structure, a motorised vertical linear stage module, a dedicated lighting system, a hyperspectral imaging sensor mounted on a custom bracket and control / electronics box. This system allows the acquisition of hyperspectral images to obtain the spectral signatures of the plant, which can be used to detect physiological plant traits associated with X. fastidiosa infection.
