In human beings, this communication process becomes a cultural system when different factors, some of which we have analyzed in this article, are introduced. The inclusion of differences, respect for different ways of understanding coexistence, the importance of information and time, the elaboration of data, the veracity, and the narratives that aim towards shared codification are all factors that help to determine the models of development that will define the growth patterns of the group. Distinguishing and understanding the importance of these components will help us understand the ‘viruses’ that are undermining the value of communication. Furthermore, this should also allow for the development of a more plural and equitable coexistence, in which respect for diversity and acceptance of differences lead to efficient consensus among all community members regarding models of growthSiguiendo a Martín Serrano (1982) podemos decir que un ser vivo interactúa comunicativamente cuando se producen determinadas modificaciones y aptitudes que comportan un trabajo expresivo que pueda ser entendido por otro ser vivo de su misma o diferente especie. Este proceso comunicativo en la especie humana se convierte en sistema cultural mediante la inclusión de diversos factores, algunos de los cuales hemos querido analizar en el presente artículo. La inserción de las diferencias, el respeto a las formas diversas de entender la convivencia, el valor de la información, el uso del tiempo, la construcción de los datos, la veracidad y las narrativas que convergen en formas compartidas de codificación son factores que ayudan a precisar los modelos de desarrollo que van a definir la pautas de crecimiento del grupo.Diferenciar y valorar estos componentes puede facilitarnos la comprensión de los “virus” que perturban el valor de la comunicación, de modo que la misma comunicación sirva para organizar una convivencia más plural y equitativa, de forma que, a partir del respeto a la diversidad y la aceptación de las diferencias, los modelos de crecimiento sean consensuados eficazmente entre todos los miembros de la comunidadUniversitat de Girona.
