Replication data for: Detection of deoxynivalenol, its modified forms, and zearalenone in individual oat grains using visible-near-infrared spectroscopy and near-infrared hyperspectral imaging

Reflectance data (Vis-NIR and NIR region) for single oat kernels is provided. Also, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone concentration of that kernels and if they are above (U) or under (L) the legal limit for oats is indicated.
