The study in this contribution shows how discrimination and categorization towards the black women touched the heart of white women from any social stratum.ikewise, it has been proved how white women stereotyped and excluded the afro descendant children in the racialization process of Cuban society[ES] El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la contribución de la mujer blanca al discurso discriminatorio contra «lo negro» en los espacios donde confluía población femenina en La Habana decimonónica. El estudio de esta contribución ha permitido vislumbrar cómo las categorías y la discriminación hacia las mujeres negras calaron en las mujeres blancas de cualquier estrato social. De igual modo, se ha comprobado como las mujeres blancas estereotiparon y excluyeron a la infancia afrodescendiente en el proceso de racialización de la sociedad cubana.Este trabajo se ha realizado durante una estancia de investigación en el Instituto de Historia del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas en el marco de la convocatoria de ayudas Margarita Salas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, financiada por el Ministerio de Universidades con fondos Next Generation de la Unión Europea.
