España: Evidence assessment and evidenciary standards
Spain has a civil law system in which stauted law, enacted by the legislative. Laws are passed, in a state level, by the Congress and the Senate (Congreso de los Diputados and Senado) but the Autonomous Communities also have legislative power regarding some specific issues.
