Sumario:We inclue all data and code to conduct the statistical analyses included in the manuscript: “Leaf-chewing but not sap-feeding herbivores create soil legacies that shape plant resistance through trait-mediated, guild-specific effects in Baccharis salicifolia” The files are: 1) Herbivory Legacies_Final Script -> R markdown script that contains the code for statistical analyses 2) APH_BIOASSAY and CAT_BIOASSAY -> Contain de data of resistance bioassays conducted with aphids and caterpillars respectively 3) traits -> Contain data on plant traits in feedback plants 4) alpha.diversity.rared.16S.meta and alpha.diversity.rared.ITS.meta -> Contains alpha diversity metrics computed on rarefied data 5) otu.tax.table.16S.v1 and otu.tax.table.ITS.v1 -> Otus table for 16S and ITS (bacteria and fungi).
