| Sumario: | [EN] With the development of the Building Information Modelling in the last couple of years, numerous potential field have open for this. Heritage Building has been one of those, giving the possibility to create parametric as-built models which will provide useful data to help the correct management and maintenance of the building in future. Interoperability in BIM has gain certain maturity and the implementation of laser scans for photogrammetry has simplify the development of high details as-builts models although the correct transfer of this models to structural analysis software is still a challenge. These buildings present complex geometry shapes in their elements, combining it with the materials used and the multiples changes, and deformation suffer throughout history difficult the achievement of an accurate model that leads to a satisfactory transfer of information between the programs. This work seeks to develop a protocol to model heritage Building¿¿s structure under BIM methodology to structurally evaluated them in analysis software. This will be applied to the case study of the San Juan del Hospital Church of the city of Valencia. This will consist of a detailed step-by-step description of how to model structural elements of heritage buildings to be able to export them correctly to analysis software, aiming to help the stakeholders involved resulting in parametric models that will help to manage and maintain the buildings in a more effective way. |
