Descripción
Sumario:[EN] The research's primary goal is to address the innovation ecosystem in healthcare services to understand how interaction among stakeholders occurs and how that interaction influences or does not influence the results obtained from the innovation process. We aim to build a theoretical model applicable to the healthcare sector context regarding the questions we aim to answer through systematic review: Does the relationship between stakeholders of the Health Services Innovation Ecosystem affect innovation outcomes? The target population includes the actors within the ecosystem (partners, stakeholders, and other participants); the phenomenon of interest is how these actors interact, with the context being the innovation process, specifically focusing on the outcomes of their interactions. This article defines the framework proposal for systematic review. A methodological approach was developed considering the parameters of the PRISMA 2020 Statement since the definition of the review objective was to collect and analyze data. As a result, the research question has been validated, and studies included in the review have been identified. The results will be analyzed and generated in the following research phase.
