Sumario:A randomized clinical trial, Single blind with independent and undercover evaluation is carried out in the Santa Bárbara hospital health area of Soria. It proceed to the selection of a population of pregnant patients in labor, undergoing epidural anesthesia and the maintenance of analgesia is studied comparing two different management systems such as programmed intermittent boluses and continuous perfusion. The primary objective is to appreciate the degree of mobility of the lower extremities. As a secondary objective, the degree of patient satisfaction is evaluated . In addition to know and compare the duration of labor, analyze if there are differences in the perception of pain, analgesic use and side effects, when two different types of epidural analgesia maintenance systems are used.
