Descripción
Sumario:The database includes the information on the results of compositional analysis of chicken feathers and in vitro analysis of six different enzymatic hydrolysates from chicken feathers: C) Control, A) Alcalase 2%, AA) Alcalase 2% + Alcalase 20%, MWC) Microwave Irradiation pre-treatment Control, MWA) Microwave Irradiation pre-treatment Alcalase 2%, MWAA) Microwave Irradiation pre-treatment Alcalase 2% + Alcalase 20%. Antioxidant potential activity, DPP-IV enzyme, Neprolysin enzyme and ACE-I inhibitory activity of the hydrolysates are included. Raw data of identified unique peptide sequences obtained after LC-MS/MS of hydrolysates C, MWC, A and MWA are included.
