Within the conceptual design and study of alternatives, an overview of existing methods of pumping has been elaborated. The main objective of this section is to provide an overview of the techniques and equipment used for pumping materials in the food industry, where it is important to observe health and safety regulations and subsequently to choose a suitable equipment and features of the device. Within the detail design section, a design of basic parameters of the pump according to the selected operating requirements has been elaborated. Therefore, with help of the modeling software, 3D model and manufacturing drawings of individual pump components were provided. It has been elaborated a feasibility study of the project. At the end of the project, the return of the project investment has been calculated and it has been processed a real model of the equipment.El propósito de este trabajo de final de master es el diseño de un sistema de impresión de alimentos que elimine las desventajas que tenían ciertos tipos previos de boquillas. Junto con el diseño conceptual y el estudio de alternativas, se ha elaborado también un estudio de los diferentes sistemas de bombeo. El objetivo principal de esta sección es el de proporcionar una visión de conjunto de las distintas técnicas y equipos utilizados para impulsar materiales en la industria alimentaria, observando la regulación sanitaria y de seguridad, facilitando la selección del equipo más adecuado para las prestaciones requeridas. En la sección de detalles constructivos se ha realizado un estudio de los parámetros básicos de bombeo para los prestaciones seleccionadas. De esta forma se han elaborado, mediante el empleo de programas de modelado, el modelo tridimensional y los planos de construcción de los diferentes componentes de la bomba. Asimismo se ha elaborado un estudio de viabilidad del proyecto.
