Descripción
Sumario:[EN] This text concerns on a few arch bridges in the Coyoacán locality at Mexico City Central south region. They were built during the three centuries of Spanish domination, but they remain in good conditions nevertheless some of them were built four centuries ago. They have experienced some construction changes, but their original structure remains the same. Their function in viceroyalty times was considerable for people mobility and farming products to the New Spain capital. Some of these bridges are still working fine for contemporary vehicular communication even for very heavy cargo trucks.
