Sumario:The purpose of this study is to analyze the social perception of the inhabitants of the municipality of Alfafar Valencià País Basic Income the Same (RBI). Clarify that the concept of RBIs, is a Community instrument, which use different movements to combat poverty and social excursion. In addition, this tool includes the sectors of society involved in such situations become vital actors in the processes of transformations to identify and meet their individual needs and at the same time as self-organized communities. Necessary mean that, unlike other investigations, the demand of the local base and not institutions, although, in this case, the city fi nance job. Kolectivo is the Parke, involved for 25 years to complete with social exclusion in the municipality of Alfafar (Valencia) and wants to move from the theoretical perspective of the RBI in its action, which requires analysis of how they perceive this experience in that community. The fi eld study was performed using a qualitative approach through focus groups and interviews. Their results indicate that the actions of the RBI, as a tool to prevent and combat poverty and social exclusion also open up new stages of life for most of this community to assume its own processes of social transformation.
