Its construction, consistent with the innovative nature of its programme, employed a prefabricated façade system that not only solved a technical problem but also represented the iconic image of the city's first modular office building. This research explores the role that graphic processes of a geometric nature played in the design of the prefabricated modules of its envelope. It demonstrates the importance of drawing and geometry in both the ideation and development of the project, emphasizing its significance in the building's regulatory layout. The graphic definition of the original project has been completed, providing material that this work, by way of research, seeks to recreate.[ES] En 1968 se proyecta en Sevilla un modelo de edificio concebido por una oficina técnica pionera en la ciudad: OTAISA. De marcado carácter anglosajón, el edificio de oficinas modulares Sevilla 1, se convertirá en un referente de la arquitectura local. Su construcción, coherente con el carácter innovador de su programa, utilizó un sistema de prefabricación de fachada que no sólo resolvió un problema técnico, sino que representó la imagen icónica del primer edificio de oficinas modulares de la ciudad. Esta investigación profundiza en el papel que los procesos gráficos de naturaleza geométrica tuvieron sobre el diseño de los módulos prefabricados de su envolvente, demostrándose la importancia del dibujo y la geometría en su ideación y desarrollo, y revindicando su importancia en el trazado regulador del edificio.
