| Resumo: | [EN] The environment in which the action of a graphical application development, such as a video game, a simulator or an animated film, is an important part of the work at the moment of its creation, it requires great efforts that could be focused on the key elements of the main action. Therefore, environment procedural generation is especially useful when you don’t have enough time or personnel to create it or when an unlimited or different map is desired in each session. To address this problem it has been built a generator simulating a natural environment through configurable functions, through which you can create different types of terrain only by changing the textures used and varying the parameters. To this terrain, which can be explored through an avatar, it has been added vegetation, which arrangement depends on the part of the terrain, its height and inclination, a mass water and a horizon. It has been achieved in this way a complete and immersive environment with natural look to start the creation numerous applications. |
